    Gal Ben Moshe is an interesting man, he worked in Tel Aviv, in London with Gordon Ramsey, was based briefly in the U.S. and became a key employee in the brigade of "Alinea", a very futuristic oriented restaurant, where several from his unusual creations suggestions were kept.
